ABOUT
Can Serezli is an electronic musician and a multi-instrumentalist, based in Izmir, Turkey. His sound spans in many genres such as ambient, downtempo electronic, electronica and minimal techno.
He started his career in electronic music with the Undercool project, collaborating with Andres Ananias. A few examples regarding his artistic influences can be shown as Nils Frahm, Rival Consoles , Cihangir Aslan, Thom Yorke, Floating Points Kiasmos. The project was followed with his singles Early Sunrise, June, Tibet and Escape From There.
Besides performing with several bands and working as a freelance music producer, he is currently studying Music Technology major in Dokuz Eylul University – Faculty of Fine Arts in his hometown Izmir.

Biography
Can Serezli started his musical journey in 2016 with the alternative rock band ‘Oyunbozan’ and continued with the hard rock band ‘The Magnifique’. Concluding his rock ride, ‘Pislick Kedi’ was the last band in Can Serezli’s musical journey which he parted ways with, in 2018.
In 2019, Can Serezli started his education at Dokuz Eylül University sound engineering department and tried to improve himself in different fields of music. The courses such as music analysis, music history, creative recording techniques and acoustics that he received at the school led him to various areas of music and provided him with a different perspective and approach. During his studies, he came across the works of Luigi Russolo, Erik Satie, John Cage, Brian Eno and Philip Glass, which had a significant influence on him. As a step further in getting acquainted with the ambient music genre and performing it, Marconi Union (Richard Talbot), White Rainbow (Adam Forkner), The Album Leaf (James LaValle), Jefre Cantu Ledesma, Andrew Pekler, David Helpling, Erik Wøllo, Giulio Aldinucci, AeTopus (Bryan), Benoit Pioulard and Prof. Rupert Till.
Together with Savas Okan Oksit, he has completed many projects and gained experience in recording techniques, mixing, mastering and music production at SOO Studio.
His first release was the 2-song single ‘Early Sunrise’ which can be categorized under Ambient, Downtempo and New Age genres. Then he dropped the electronica single ‘June’. In 2022, he released his minimal techno work entitled ‘Escape From There’. He continued his journey with the ethnic electronic song ‘Tibet‘.
Besides these, he is currently performing Lo-Fi in ‘Undercool’ with Andres Ali Ananias Sungitay and ethnic electronic, techno in ‘Unmade’ with Ogulcan Ozcan.
